Ownership
This site and everything in it — the code, designs, sigil and identity systems, the globe and observer experience, the written transmissions, the audio (including The Monument), the serialized artifacts, and the Human Error Ritual and The Monument names and marks — are the proprietary property of Human Error Ritual and its members. All rights are reserved.
What you may do
Visit, explore, and enjoy the site in a normal web browser for personal, non-commercial purposes. Become an observer, forge your sigil, witness artifacts, and share connection links with people you know.
What you may not do
You may not harvest or bulk-copy the site, or reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, or build derivative or commercial works from any part of it, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. The music recordings themselves (e.g. “The Monument”) are reserved and are not offered for AI/model training.
AI is welcome
We see AI as a participant in this project, not an adversary. Reading, citing, summarizing, and answering questions about Human Error Ritual is welcome — please link back to humanerrorritual.com and attribute the work. What we ask you not to do is harvest the site to copy it or build competing/derivative products. See /llms.txt for the machine-readable version.
Privacy
Observer identity is anonymous by design — a sigil is forged from inputs you choose and is not tied to your name or your location. We keep coarse, aggregate signals to watch the collective grow. We don't sell your data.
Permissions & contact
Want to license, feature, or build on any of this? We're open to it — just ask first: collective@humanerrorritual.com.
These terms may evolve as the project does. Continued use means you accept the current version. Nothing here grants any right by implication or estoppel. The site is provided "as is," without warranty. · ← back to the signal
